THE REQUIREMENTS

FOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES

  • High School Card (Original & 2 xerox copies)
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Certification of Good Moral Character
  • 2 copies of 2x2 ID pictures


FOR COLLEGE TRANSFEREES

  • Honorable Dismissal
  • Certification of grades
  • Certification of Good Moral Character
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • 2 copies of 2x2 ID pictures


FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

You have to follow the same procedures and requirements outlined
for high school graduates or transferees. Plus, you will have to bring:

  • CHED study permit/ Student Visa
  • Alien Certificate of Registration



FOR MARRIED STUDENTS


  • Above requirements & 3 photocopies of Marriage Certificate


Note: High School graduates & transferees must take College entrance examination.

March 2010
Day: Every Friday
Time: 8:30-11:30 A.M / 1:30-3:30 P.M

April - May 2010
Day: Monday - Friday
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 A.M / 1:30 - 3:30 P.M

SCHOLARSHIPS

SCHOLARSHIPS

Other than the purely academic and government scholarships, a number of financial assistance programs are offered by the ULS-Scholarship and assistance program for financially-needy but deserving students. The following are the offered Scholarships:

1.
Entrance Academic Scholarship

Valedictorians and Salutatorians in a class of not less than 50, enjoy full and half tuition scholarships, respectively, for two consecutive semester for the first school year.

2.
Performance Academic Scholarship

A full scholarship grant is offered to students who have a scholastic average of 92% with no grade lower than 89% in any subject during the previous semester.

A half scholarship grant is offered to students who have a Scholastic average of 88% with no grade lower than 85% in any subject during the previous semester.

3.
Reconciler

A graduate of any high school from the La Salette School System (LSSS) and recommended by the high school principal as needy but deserving.

4.
Student Executive Council Scholarship

An incoming first year college student with a general average of 85% and no grade below 80% in any subject in the fourth year level and attested to by the barangay chairman as poor but deserving.

5.
Student Financial Assistance for Student Aides

A high school graduate who is poor but deserving as attested to by the barangay chairman.
